These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the brex-app platform, APIs, and related services operated by brex-app Inc. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

ContactBy accessing or using brex-app and its associated APIs, dashboards, or developer tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
brex-app provides corporate financial management software, spend controls, and a developer API platform for institutional and enterprise clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at sign-up. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You may not use brex-app to facilitate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful financial activity. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling API access without a written partnership agreement is strictly prohibited. We may terminate accounts in violation without prior notice.
All software, trademarks, documentation, and API specifications are the exclusive property of brex-app or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during an active subscription.
Our collection and use of personal and financial data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You retain ownership of your corporate data; by using the service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver and improve the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. brex-app does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brex-app's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' written notice. brex-app may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your license ceases and you must delete all downloaded platform materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Wilmington, Delaware, except for injunctive relief which either party may seek in court.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after 14 days constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
